The Reef Hotel Casino operates under an approved COVIDSafe Site Specific Plan.
Your health & safety is our priority. For contact tracing purposes all guests will be required to register their details upon entry (as per government COVID-19 directions) via the “Check In Qld” App.
We require your check in screen to be shown to entry staff for validation. Our staff are available to assist you at the Casino entry. If you do not have a mobile device, our staff will assist your check in on our iPads.
Please be advised that government regulations can sometimes impact on our capacities. Access to venues will be subject to availability.
Please exercise social distancing wherever possible. We thank you for your understanding and patience with our staff when they are implementing mandated government rulings.
