The Reef Hotel Casino operates under an approved COVIDSafe Site Specific Plan.
Your health and safety is our priority. For contact tracing purposes all guests will be required to provide their details upon entry as per government COVID-19 directions.
Our staff are available to assist you at the casino entry. Reef Rewards members simply swipe their membership card and their details will be captured.
Other guests can fill out their details by scanning a displayed QR code with their mobile device or by manually filling out the forms available.
Please be advised that due to the government rules regarding visitor numbers the casino floor may be at capacity, especially on Friday and Saturday evenings.
Access will be subject to availability. Please be guided by our trained staff to exercise social distancing as directed and be seated at all times while consuming food and beverages.

Guests will also be required to supply their details upon entry to the bars and restaurants within the complex, and when staying in our Pullman Reef Hotel Casino.
