At Pullman Reef Hotel Casino, we take pride in offering a warm Tropical North Queensland welcome to all our guests. Our goal is to ensure everyone can enjoy every aspect of our venue to the fullest, regardless of any mobility or other limitations they may face.
Access to our property for guests with mobility limitations is straightforward, with ramps available at all major entrances, including the hotel lobby. Lifts from the car park levels and foyer are also easily accessible to all guests. Our car parks feature ample wheelchair-accessible spaces conveniently located near the lifts.
Our hotel reception check-in desk is positioned at a seated height for the comfort of our guests, making it particularly welcoming for wheelchair users.
We offer three accessible hotel rooms, specially designed with wider bathroom doorways and other enhancements to ensure ease of accessibility for guests with physical impairments. All rooms are equipped with audible smoke alarms, and our accessible rooms also feature visual alarms for guests with hearing impairments.
Our conference and event rooms are fully accessible via lifts, and we provide a chair hoist for wheelchair users who may require access to elevated stages.
We are also developing website audio guides to enhance the experience of guests with accessibility needs. These guides will include comprehensive information on accommodation, dining, entertainment, and nearby attractions. They will be available on our website and the Vacayit app, and will be compatible with assistive technologies such as screen readers.
